Traveling to the client's location to provide notary services.

• The document(s) to be notarized
• Personal appearance of the signer(s)
• Appointment scheduling and travel fee agreement

Notarizing documents that grant someone the authority to act on behalf of another person in legal or financial matters.

• Valid, government-issued photo ID
• The Power of Attorney document
• Personal appearance of the principal (the person granting authority) and the agent (the person receiving authority)
• Two (2) Witnesses required

Administering oaths and affirmations and notarizing affidavits.

• Valid, government-issued photo ID
• The affidavit or oath document
• Personal appearance of the affiant (the person making the sworn statement)

Notarizing documents related to trusts, wills, and estate planning.

• Valid, government-issued photo ID
• The trust or estate documents
• Personal appearance of the signers
• Two (2) Witnesses required

Serving as a witness for document signings that require one or more witnesses in addition to the notary.

• Valid, government-issued photo ID
• The document(s) requiring witnesses
• Personal appearance of the signer(s) and any additional witnesses

Performing notarizations electronically over the internet, allowing clients to sign and notarize documents remotely.

• Valid, government-issued photo ID
• Stable internet connection
• Access to a computer or mobile device with a webcam and microphone
• Digital copies of the documents to be notarized
• Personal appearance via a secure video conferencing platform

Facilitating the authentication of documents for use in foreign countries, including obtaining the necessary apostille certificate. 

• Valid, government-issued photo ID
• The document(s) requiring an apostille
• Personal appearance (if the document needs notarization before apostille)
• Details of the country where the document will be used
